UK INVESTOR VISA

A UK Investor Visa may be applied for you and your dependants* if you want to invest at least £2,000,000 in investment funds in the UK and you meet the other eligibility requirements.

This visa allows you to live, work or study in the UK for a maximum period of 3 years and 4 months, which can be extended for another 2 years.

Sole representative Visa

A Sole Representative Visa, a category of the Representative of an Overseas Business visa, may be applied for you and your dependants* if you are a representative of an overseas company planning to set up either a branch office or wholly owned subsidiary in the UK and you meet the other eligibility requirements.

A Sole Representative Visa allows you to stay in the UK for an initial period of 3 years, which can be extended for another 2 years.

START UP VISA

A Start Up Visa may be applied for you and your dependants if you are seeking to establish a business in the UK for the first time and you meet the other eligibility requirements. The business must be innovative, viable and a scalable business idea.

This visa allows you to stay in the UK for a non-extendible period of 2 years. You may be able to switch to an Innovator Visa if you set up a business while on a Start Up visa.

* A dependant refers to: (i) your spouse or partner, (ii) your children under 18 years old, and/or (iii) your children over 18 years old and are currently in the UK as dependents.
